After meeting, agreeing, and completion of hired jobs I can say all reviews are a reflection of Jonathan and his team. Tannehill Construction has cleared land, built a road, evaluated pond location, and in process of starting house pad. Jonathan Tannehill will communicate with customers and exceed expectations. Always there for us when we're saying " I don't know what we're gonna do" then hubby says " just call Johnathon Tannehill and he will take care of it". Jonathan Tannehill is one of the finest, honest, and reliable young men I've met in many years. Clean cut,and shoots straight without wasting your time. When he tells you what he can do for you and when he can deliver you can count on him to be there to do the job the way you want it done.  As long as the weather permits, he works until you're completely satisfied and he don't let no grass grow under his feet while he's at it!!! I've used his services twice in recent years  for gravel and topsoil for my driveway and landscaping and look forward to calling on him again in the future. We had a great experience with Tannehill Construction! He was very prompt in coming out to give us a quote and showed up exactly when he said he would. He raised the water level, redirected the water runoff, and added topsoil to our levee—all in record time. I honestly didn’t think it could be done that quickly, but he got it done and did a phenomenal job! He even followed up afterward to make sure we were completely satisfied.
